This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to tanning products, lotions, eyewear, aftercare products and other retail items purchased from Tanglo, where applicable. Sunbed sessions, minutes, packages and memberships are not treated as retail products and are covered separately under our Terms of Service and salon policies.
Tanglo may offer selected tanning lotions, accelerators, aftercare products, eyewear and related retail items.
Product availability may vary and some products may only be available to purchase in the studio.
At this time, Tanglo primarily operates as an in-studio tanning business.
If online product ordering or delivery becomes available, shipping times, charges and delivery options will be shown at checkout or confirmed before purchase.
Tanglo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details, courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Products purchased in the studio should be checked at the time of purchase.
If you believe a product is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please speak to a member of the Tanglo team as soon as possible and provide proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used tanning products, lotions, eyewear and personal care items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Unopened and unused retail products may be considered for return where allowed by Tanglo and where proof of purchase is provided.
Tanglo reserves the right to refuse returns where a product has been opened, used, damaged after purchase or returned without proof of purchase.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, Tanglo may offer a replacement, exchange or refund in line with UK consumer law.
The following items are generally non-returnable unless faulty:
Sunbed sessions, tanning minutes, packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expiry dates may apply and cannot be extended unless Tanglo closes unexpectedly or unless otherwise stated.
Missed appointments, late cancellations and no-shows are handled under Tanglo's booking and cancellation policy.
Exchanges may be offered for unopened and unused products at Tanglo's discretion.
Any exchange request must be made within a reasonable time and must include proof of purchase.
